Our basement flooded after a recent storm. The carpet and drywall were soaked and had to be replaced. In addition, we had a pool table and platform seating that would have to be removed in order to replace the drywall and carpet. It seemed like an impossible task, and I wondered if the basement would ever look good again.

Fortunately for us, our insurance company chose Complete Restoration Services to prepare an estimate for restoring the basement. Not only would you replace the carpet, including under the pool table and platform, you would also replace the damaged drywall and insulation and repaint the basement. Nothing seemed impossible for you and your team.

I would especially like to recognize Jimmy, Greg, and Tommy for all of their hard work during this restoration. Your crew is very professional, thorough, and exacting in their standards. Jimmy installed tile in part of the basement, and it is beautiful. The crew went way beyond what I expected.

You took what seemed to be an impossible task and, in less than two weeks, were able to make our basement look better than it looked before. We are thrilled with our "new" basement, and we wanted to express our gratitude. Thanks to you, we will be ready for Super Bowl Sunday in our home theater!

To Whom It May Concern:

I had a fire in the workshop of my previous home, that left the basement and all its contents covered in soot, along with many sooty cobwebs hanging from the joists and walls. Also, the smoke and soot from the fire filled the heating and air-conditioning ducts such that I could not turn on the heat or air-conditioning without filling the entire house with the smell of the fire.

Complete Restoration Services came in and completely cleaned and sanitized, they cleaned everything I had in the basement and all its contents. They had all the ducts cleaned and sanitized, they cleaned everything I had in the basement, and they cleaned and repainted the basement walls, ceiling, and floor. They actually put the basement into better condition than it had previously been before the fire. Jesse Turpin, the president of the company, did the initial evaluation of the work needed and explained to me in detail what was needed to be done and how it would be accomplished. The crew that he sent to do the work, Jim and Christian, along with several others when needed, were extremely courteous and considerate in all their dealings with me and my family. I was, to say the least, very pleased with the work that they did, and their prices were more than fair for the quantity and quality of work they accomplished.

While I hope I will never be in this situation in the future where I need their services, if I do, they will most assuredly be the ones I will call. I highly recommend Complete Restoration Services, Inc. for any restoration work that you may need.
